Blue Nectar® Tequila Takes Home Eight MicroLiquor Spirit Awards!
Southfield, MI (November 27, 2011) – Michigan-based Blue Nectar Spirits Company is pleased to announce its Blue Nectar® Tequila (Blue Nectar) was recently awarded eight MicroLiquor Spirit Awards. In its inaugural year, the MicroLiquor Spirit Awards are designed to recognize artisanal producers of less than 50,000 9-liter cases per year. Of the 207 entries from across the globe, only 15% were recognized with a Triple Gold Medal having earned a Gold Medal in both the ”Taste” and “Packaging & Design” categories. Blue Nectar took home the following awards for its three expressions, the Silver, Reposado and Special Reserve:
